The average price of a house in Belgravia is more than 5.7 million pounds, and the houses depict the classic touch. It is located near Buckingham Palace and the West End, which means that the inhabitants of the house will be able to use the best that London offers but, at the same time, they will not be bothered by the noise and bustle of the big city.

    5. Richmond

Richmond is one of those places that can be described as luxurious and calm. This is a region in South West London and is famous for the many parks such as the Richmond Park. The location is somewhat laid back while, at the same time, it is strategically located close to the heart of London.

Some of the properties in Richmond are mansions, stylish apartments, and houses by the river. The neighborhood is preferred by families and the working population who are seeking an upmarket lifestyle outside the central business district.

    The Investment Potential

Apart from the aspect of providing quality living standards, these neighborhoods are promising investment zones. The luxury property market in London remains buoyant and the demand for property is coming from international sources.

The affluent areas in London are not only beautiful residential areas but they are also good investment opportunities. The market for real estate in the city has remained healthy, and the market values have remained high in the city due to the high demand for properties in strategic areas. These neighborhoods are regarded as safe and lucrative by these investors, with long-term returns on the value of the property.

As expected, the prime areas of London are of interest to foreign investors. This is because these areas have been deemed economically stable, have remarkable infrastructure, and offer luxurious facilities. Buying a house for use or investment purposes is one of the most outstanding achievements in life in these neighborhoods.
