Roshni’s Struggle and Back Story:
Roshni doesn’t belong to a rich well to do family, she is from a middle class family background.
She and her father, who was a business owner used to struggle and hustle a lot for their financial constraints.
Roshni had to struggle for her basic studies as well due to huge financial problems. She wanted to become a doctor, which was not possible.
Roshni was forced to choose Commerce, despite that she completed her education with excellent grades.
Those days, her mom wanted her to prepare for any government exams back in 2013-2014.
There was a rat race for CA, CS & ICWA at that time, she choose CS and also doing B.Com.
Roshni’s dad’s business collapsed because for some reason, she had to drop her studies and college, and had to stay home as her mother’s leg also got fractured at that time.
In 2012 May, She resumed her studies along with some part time jobs; so that she can take care of her studies.
Roshni went out for some part time local jobs like Receptionist, Data Entry, Accountants & Call Centres.
But Roshni wanted to shift from that phase of her life, so she started giving interviews, and got one job as an HR with INR 12K salary, she immediately joined as an HR.
After a year in Dec 2015, she started feeling unappreciated and wasn’t happy with that, so she decided to quit.
Also, while working there, digital marketing and laptop lifestyle caught her attention.
She then find her mentor, Gaurav Madam who guided her in Roshni’s digital marketing career.
Gaurav told her that she has an entrepreneurial spirit in her genes, though she needed some money to run campaigns, so she started another INR 30K /m job.
After 3 months of working, she finally left and started taking consulting projects via LinkedIn.
On Oct 2015, she and Gaurav started their new venture by the name “HighOnM”.
From then her journey finally started as an online entrepreneurs.
