From Merrill Edge to Financial Advising
Iarrapino began his financial-services career at Merrill Edge, where he worked as an Investment Specialist.
The role gave him experience working within a major financial-services organization and supporting clients with investment-related needs. He later joined the Fischman Azar Group, where his responsibilities expanded into financial advising and relationship management.
Iarrapino studied Finance at Rutgers University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree and a minor in Psychology. During his time at Rutgers, he was involved with the university’s Crew team.

The Fischman Azar Group is led by Senior Financial Advisors Alexander “Sandy” Fischman and Shalom Azar.
Fischman founded The Fischman Group in 2015 and later partnered with Azar to establish the Fischman Azar Group. The team subsequently moved to Morgan Stanley before joining Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network in 2025. Fischman’s practice includes investment planning, stock compensation, wealth management, estate planning and wealth transfer.
Azar’s practice includes wealth management and financial strategies for senior executives, including planning around executive compensation. He also works with clients on trust and estate planning, legacy formation, education planning and lending and liquidity options.
Iarrapino works alongside the group’s other Financial Advisors, Solomon Tobal and Tomer Mizrahi.
Tobal’s background includes relationship management and pre-IPO investments, while Mizrahi’s areas of focus include equity compensation, investment planning, estate planning, education planning and wealth management.
