These will include team priorities, sharing of updates, response to challenges or questions that would be asked, and one-on-one meetings between managers and assistants.

    The sharing of documents and project management tools in one place, for example in Google Workspace, Trello, and Asana, respectively, enhances collaboration by centralizing information and tracking progress on tasks and projects; hence, avoiding the confusion of being misplaced and, at the same time, assuring everyone access to the latest data.

    Leveraging technology for remote collaboration

    Technology is irreplaceable for helping a distributed executive assistant team spread across the globe to work together and collaborate effectively. First of all, video conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams provide face-to-face communication, bridging distances and hence leading clarity in communication.
